Pando Aspen Grove of Community Heights (Pando) is the first Permanent Supportive Housing apartment complex in Marion County that is specifically designed to provide housing and services to youth facing homelessness, with a special focus on youth aging out of foster care. The community will offer an on-site food pantry and access to supportive services.
